Pre-recorded async onboarding video series for Starter and Fundamentals tiers. AI-powered onboarding chatbot answers teacher questions 24/7. Standardised intake form feeds directly into a provisioning script — one engineer supports 20 schools simultaneously at lower tiers. Human engineers focus only on Education Pro and AI Pro.

Train and certify independent local trainers across FCT LGAs and Lagos. They deliver onsite training sessions on a revenue-share model (70/30). We focus on quality control, deployment, and account management. This is how edtech companies scaled training across India and Kenya — proven model.

Why existing SMS vendors are not competition
SafSIMS, Educare, and FlexiSAF handle school admin — fees, results, attendance. We handle the classroom layer — teaching, AI, CBT prep. We run alongside them, not against them. We are already in conversations with FlexiSAF about a referral partnership across their 1,000+ school network.
Why Google cannot do this without us
Google sells through partners because last-mile deployment in markets like Nigeria requires local presence, language, regulatory knowledge, and Naira billing. We are their authorised last mile. No foreign vendor understands NEPA constraints, CBT mandates, or how to train a teacher in Garki. We do.
