Glitters Future Leaders Academy is a growing private school located in a semi-rural part of Lugbe, Abuja. The school serves pupils from Nursery through Junior Secondary School (JSS 3).
Before engaging Enemalio Labs, the school relied mainly on traditional teaching and administrative methods, with minimal use of digital tools by teachers, pupils, or parents.

Google Workspace for Education Implementation
Google Workspace for Education was fully implemented for the school. Branded staff email accounts were created, and teachers were trained to collaborate using Google Docs for lesson notes, Google Sheets for continuous assessment and results, and Google Slides for classroom teaching.
Digital Administration & Automation
Admissions and data collection were digitised using Google Forms. Structured templates were designed for student and staff records. An automated report card system was implemented, allowing parents to access pupil report cards through official school email.
Student Digital Learning & Access
Chromebooks were provided for student use. Pupil email accounts were created from Nursery to JSS 3. Digital literacy training was introduced, Google Classroom was used for assignments and practice, and a CBT practice environment was implemented. A Computer Club was also established for structured ICT learning.
Parent Engagement & Training
Parents were trained to access official school emails, view pupil report cards digitally, and receive school communications online.
Website & Digital Identity
A school website was designed using Google Sites, a custom domain was configured, and a professional online presence was established.
Hybrid Learning Model
Digital tools were integrated into selected subjects while traditional teaching methods were retained where appropriate, ensuring a balanced and realistic adoption process.
